Welcome to ELIXIIT Academy! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ELIXIIT Academy mobile application / web version (the "App"), provided to you by ELIXIIT Academy. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the ELIXIIT Academy App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the App.

2. Registration: Users must register for an account to access the services provided by ELIXIIT Academy. By registering, users agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep their account information updated.

3. Access and Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Student Portal / App and Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users agree not to use the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscription Services: ELIXIIT Academy offers subscription-based services within the App. By subscribing to these services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by the terms of the subscription plan you select.

5. Free Access: Registration and account creation on the ELIXIIT Academy App are free of charge. Users can join for free to access certain contents and features. However, some contents (premium) may require payment to access.

6. Paid Content: Certain contents within the ELIXIIT Academy App are paid. By accessing paid content, you agree to pay the specified fees associated with that content. Only those contents will be visible for which you have made the payment. 

7. Cancellation and Refunds: Subscription plans can be canceled at any time. Refunds for canceled subscriptions will be provided according to our refund policy, as outlined in our refund policy.

8. User Conduct: You agree to use the ELIXIIT Academy App for lawful purposes only. You shall not engage in any conduct that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property: All content provided within the ELIXIIT Academy App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ELIXIIT Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you access or use the ELIXIIT Academy App.

11. Modifications: ELIXIIT Academy reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

12. Termination: ELIXIIT Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Information Sharing and Disclosure: We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people (save with your consent) or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with ELIXIIT Academy under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help communicate with you about offers from us and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of ELIXIIT Academy’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

14. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of West Bengal.
